Over the years a number of people, born, lived or educated in Washington have found fame on the stage, film, TV, radio and digital streaming, including Bobby thompson, Bryan Ferry and George Clarke. Pen pictures of them are listed under a new tab, Washington Performers, with details found from public websites, newspaper archives and personal knowledge of Washington History society members

However we are interested in finding out more about their links with Washington, such as where they lived and went to school and early appearances. And of course we would like to know of other performers we are not aware of.
