Dianne Oxberry d 2019

Dianne Clare Oxberry was an broadcaster and meteorologist, best known as a long-serving TV and radio presenter for BBC North West, though she had also presented on Radios 1&2 and BBC2, She was born in Sunderland and brought up in Washington. She married cameraman, Ian Hindle, in 1993.

She presented weather forecasts for the regional news programme North West Tonight for 23 years until her death in 2019 from ovarian cancer
